Just thinking, I have never had my parents over for a meal, I usually go to theirs' and eat them out of house and home, am bad daughter!

Well, I love seeing my parents, about 3 times a year lol and I love to cook for them :-)

Last meal was Kleftiko, slow cooked and went down very well, followed by homemade icecream....

Don't forget the wine Sid and a lovely bunch of flowers for your daughter :-)

Heston Blumenthals roast chicken recipe takes a bloody long time. We did it and it took 26 hours to cook it...the kitchen curtains caught on fire...and the baking dish exploded and send hot oil, and glass spraying all over the kitchen.
