barbeque sauce

Does anyone have a recipe for a thick barbeque sauce (like a casserole sauce not a dipping sauce or marinade) for cooking in the oven. I used to have a recipe from a woman's own magazine but I have lost it

I would imagine you could cook "marinade" type sauces in the oven.

My recipe would be.....

2 parts tomato ketchup
1 part golden syrup
1 part light soy sauce
1 part soft brown sugar

I also add a dash of lime, some grated ginger and fine chopped garlic to mine too. You could also add some chilli if you wanted.
