Sweet cous-cous

Is it possible to cook cous-cous in tinned coconut milk ?

Would the coconut milk boil up ok or would it split.

I fancy making a sweet cous-cous for pudding and maybe add tinned peaches or pineapple with a chocolate sauce.

Any ideas....or any further suggestions ?

That sounds absolutely delicious Hammerman. I often cook couscous using coconut milk but I make it savory instead of sweet. I'm sure your sweet version will turn out good and scrumptious.
