What was the winning recipes/menu from Celebrity Masterchef?

Nadia Sawalha won - Arabian Chicken and Apple Pancakes.

Its unlikely the recipes will be offered as the BBC apparently does not have the capacity / ability to adapt the competition recipes to general use, but if you want an idea of the Arabian Chicken, this is just about the same: http://www.astray.com/recipes/?show=Chicken%20 arabian%20style

The 'sumac' ingredient used is an astringent - the plant is in same family as poison ivy - useless fact... It is available from one or two delis, or try online at the Seasoned Pioneers site (good site for everything - literally! spicy - here: http://www.seasonedpioneers.co.uk/product.aspx ?seasid=141&cuisine=middle%20east If you can't get hold of it, use citric acid or a dash of lemon juice instead.

Apple Panckaes - dress them up with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla....

Midge Ure made a sesame chicken salad followed by sukiyaki (beef and veg dish) with sukiyaki sauce and sushi rice.

Craig Revel Horwood made grilled duck breast followed by chocolate pudding.
