I am currently doing the slimming world programme and I have to say its working, the only problem is that I am bored with the same food all of the time. Has enybody got any tasty recipies that dony involve baked spuds, low fat cottage cheese or mushrooms!!!!! I would really appreciate it. I would also like to hear if there are any easy desserts because I am sick of Muller Light yogurts as well. Thanks x
Desserts - how about sugar free jelly? I also keep a box of mini meringues handy (only 16 calories per meringue and satisfy my craving for something sweet after a meal). Or skinny cow ice cream sticks? The smoothie ones are gorgeous and less than 100 calories each.
Take a look at Slimming World magazine-there are lots of good recipes in there and none of them include jacket potatoes! They also publish some fantastic cookery with lots of things to choose from-and they are not that difficult. Try M&S 'count on us' mousses-really yummy.
