4 tblspoons of Corinader Leaves or called cilantro (i think)
abt a teaspoon Jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp of Dhaniya Seeds (corriander seeds)
Black Pepper corns(a little)
2 Cloves
1 Cardomom (we call it Elaichi/)
1 Inch piece Cinamom Stick( Dalchini)
1/2 cup scrapped Coconut
2 Green Chillies (can use more if your taste is hotter)
1 inch piece of Ginger.
1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds( Khuskhus)
Boil what ever vegetables you have in a Cooker or Steamer.(Except the Onion).Grind all the above ingredients in the Blender using a little Water.Allow the vegetables to Cool.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a Vessel add the Chopped Onions. When the Onions turn translucent, add all the vegetables and the paste you ground. Keep stirring so that the gravy mixes well with the Vegetables. Add required amount of salt. Allow it to Boil for about 5 minutes (Uncovered).you can a little milk or yoghurt into it maybe a tablespoon.

u could also add a little cubes of paneer (cottage cheese) along with the vegetables!
