Here is the one I use: 2Cups SR flour,1 1/2Cups sugar,1 tsp baking powder, pinch salt, zest of 1/2 lemon. 3 eggs-beaten,1/2 Cup milk,1/2 Cup veg oil-combine all Add the dry ingrediants to the wet and mix until well-combined...pour into greased and floured loose-bottomed tin . For drizzle: combine 1/2 cup icing sugar,juice of 1 lemon,and zest from 1/2 lemon...heat gently until liquified-pour over still warm cake. You can use Orange also...it is a favourite of mine.
