here is mine,chiara Combine 2 1/4 cups flour,2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 1/2 cups sugar ( you can use 1/2 white and half soft brown Mash 2 bananas to make up 1 cup-add a squeeze of lemon juice to it. Combine with 2/3 cup milk and 1/2 cup softened marg or veg oil. Add to the dry ingrediants and beat well,finally-add 2 beaten eggs and 1 tsp vanilla extract -mix well. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8" loose bottomed tins. Bake for 30-35 min.....it is nice with lemon buttercreme.
