Could someone please tell me the translation or meaning of the following phrase: "Viva la peara!" I've tried a couple of translation sites but can't get anything for "peara" - wonder if it's a colloquialism.

Are there any culinary connotations in the quote you refer to?

Hi - thank you for your help. The reason I'm asking is because someone left the comment in my visitor book at my B&B - so no meat sauces and that wasn't their last name either - and I'm totally stumped. They seemed very happy with everything so I've no reason to think it's rude (!) but I was just curious. I expect it was just one of their own personal sayings and I guess I'll never be any the wiser - but thank you for the suggestions.
