What to do with a tin of mixed beans

Hoping for yummy packed lunch ideas please!!. Bought a couple of tins of mixed beans but now havent got any ideas of how to serve them, any ideas?

pork belly cubes fried off, stock, interesting veg, tomato paste, treacle, balsamic vinegar, pinch of sugar and some mixed herbs. bung in the oven until tender and thicken as necessary. eat with crusty buttered rolls. yummy!

obviously make sure you use a watertight container to transport - leaking bean stuff in handbag/ satchel is not fun to clean up!!!

Yummy. I'd mix it with boiled rice (I prefer brown rice) sauted onion and mushroom, chopped up tomato and any other salady bits you fancy. If that sounds too dry you could add a dressing, may be a herby one

Mix with couscous or bulgher wheat,lots of spring onion, finely chopped tomato,a nd cucumber...and masses of freshly groung black pepper.

Cook pasta twirls ..cold chicken ..
chop in onion ..celery ..add the beans ..
vinagarette or mayo ..anything in the
veg dept goes well ...enjoy ..

Use them to make a dip (like Humus) and then serve with some nice fresh vegetable sticks. Kids love this.

i either use them in my chilli con carne or i out them in a tortilla wrap with some cheese and mayo
