The egg masala recipe looks so quick and easy i must give it a try but just wondered what you would serve with it and the recipes you both use. Thanks so much.

The site I got the recipe from actually serve the egg masala with lamb biryani but we had it with naan a side salad and plain white rice after.

I would serve up the Egg Curry with either saffron rice or plain boiled rice and also add either a lentil dal or some other bean/pulse dish or something like bombay potato. You could turn it into an interesting 3 course meal by providing a starter like chick pea rissoles on a bed of lovely fresh salad with wedges of lemon or lime and then finish off the meal with a lassi drink or something like a rose petal creme brulee.
