whats the difference between Curing salt and Pickling salt can anyone help....thanx

Pickling salt is just salt, but usually it is very fine grained to aid dissolving evenly.

Curing salt is salt with an addes curing agent - eg sodium nitrite.
At least here in the U.S., curing salt also contains sugar, both sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite, curing agents and, by law, a dye (usually a light pink) to notify the user of it's additional components... and as stated, pickling salt is pure salt, but may clump if exposed to humidity since it doesn't contain lime that may be present in other salts...
