Main courses - It's a money hen (6,4), Fling and mix, sounds like it(7), Prance together dropping heather (5,3,9) and you should catch when its running (5,6).

Fling and mix...... LOBSTER.
Fling = LOB.
Mix = STER ( sounds like STIR )
