Recipe for Mint Jelly

Used to have a recipe for Mint and apple jelly. Using Bramley apples, not just apple juice. Also not using a jelly bag so the jelly wasn't clear. My Aunt used to have this recipe, also my grandma, but I've lost it.... And there's so much mint in the garden!
