Push a filletting knife into a chicken breast for a little bit further than the length of the chilli, then push the whole thing in there, wrap in Black Forest Ham. Remove the insides of the chilli if you like it less hot!
To use as a spicy salsa: Skin and seed half a doz tomatoes, finely chop along with (2/3 of the tom) onion, pressed garlic - as much as you like, 2 1/2 - 3 inches of very finely chopped red chilli, balsamic vinegar and good olive oil (both even amounts to create motion in the mixture) season to taste. Chopped corriander for colour and "offishness".
Set aside a noce looking slender jar or bottle and pierce the chillies, pop into the receptacle and fill with fine olive oil for use to spice up your daily cooking. Is a winner for Yorkies, too!
