Would anyone have a recipe for this please. It's the only Indian meal I really enjoy and would love to try and make it myself.

Thank you ,that was fast!
The place where we normally get our food has, apart from Tikka masala, Tikka Garam Masala(Medium) ,Chilli masala(hot) , the one I buy which is called Punjabi masala and says it is cooked with green pepper, onion, punjabi spices & served with creamy sauce and it's mild!! That's why I was wondering if there was a specific recipe for it.

A 'masala' is any blend of spices....so tikka is the specific blend,and Punjabi is the locale or region it comes from..
