Okay today we have for starters:
Homemade vegetable soup (clear broth)
OR
Crispy cheese and onion 'bites' with tomato salsa
OR
Chicken liver pate with sherry, melba toasts and salad garnish

Mains:
Spaghetti and meatballs in a rich homemade roasted vine tomato sauce with garlic, basil, oregano and red wine
OR
Sautee of calves liver, fried onions, little smoky bacon rolls, creamy mashed potatoes and cabbage
OR
Pork satay with peanut dipping sauce stir fry vegetables and soft noodles

Puddings
Pannecotte with red berries
OR
Poached pears with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce
OR
Apfelstrudel - Apple strudel with sultanas, cinnamon and calvados

12 cheeses, bread or crackers (shop bought I'm afraid, just haven't had time to make any!) grapes and celery

plenty of cold whites, chilled roses, loads of reds, guinness, lagers, bitters and ciders of various flavours!!

I HAVE made cheese this last wek as I'm at the farm, only for home consumption we couldn't make enough to sell it commercially - but I meant the crackers, i usually make my own

Ummmm got plenty of lobster and crab, some prawns.....could do you some grilled sardines....ooh, oh i know, got some salmon.....any good?

I've come to a conclusion that the majority of people who visit my threads like fish and seafood, lamb and steak best - oh and they're cheese lovers!!

Aww.lighted pink candle on a table strewn with rose-petals, a quiet table for two, overlooking the beautiful Devonian countryside, chilled bottle of champagne in an ice bucket by your elbow....starters on a sharing plate so you can feed each other....
And do we sacrifice the dove before or after dessert....any other little correspondences you want to throw into the mix.... only I've done most of the things I can think of too
