Pie recipes - Chicken Pie & Fish Pie

In the process of moving house I have lost my recipe card index. Used to have 2 wonderful recipes for a fish pie and a chicken pie.

The fish pie had a mixture of smoked haddock, a white fish and milk.

The chicken pie had ham, those small (silver ?) onions, carrots, brocolli and again, probably milk based sauce.

Any suggestions ?
