Took mince out to defrost, when it had defrosted it wasnt mince it was diced beef. Any recipes apart from stew and bourguignon?

This recipe uses minced beef but if you scroll down to the post from PoshPaws you'll find someone else who accidentally bought diced beef, but who still reports that the result was "smashing":

1st one is just stew with bakes beans, 2nd dont fancy at all. and 3rd one is stew again with coconut milk, lol. I have a homepride beef and ale sauce I may try with new potatoes and veggies
