Quinces..

Have been given a bag of Quinces and been told to get creative.. all I can think of is Jelly/jam.. any other ideas..?!!

Keep them in a wire container to use as room aromas - gorgeous light scent.

I once had a starter of Pan-fried Foie Gras with a Confit of Pear And Quince.

I've been told they can't be eaten raw.. but the 'making jelly/jam' process looked a bit langourous.. and where do I but Cheesecloth from.. (Hippy by name.. not hippy by nature!!!)
