Peanuts . . . ?

I have a tub of peanuts that never got opened at Xmas, I was wondering what I could do with them ?

Maybe peanut cookies ? Does anyone have any good recipes ?

(Bearing in mind - they're salted !)

Please don't suggest peanut butter, cos it won't get eaten !

Nice in stir-frys.... Admittedly I'm usually eating said stir-fry rather than making it. Wash salt off first.
