I am looking for suggestions for cold food that could be sold to the general public from a small kiosk. It can be prepared elsewhere and then brought to the kiosk.
There are the usual things like sandwiches, rolls, buns etc but I am trying to get as many ideas as possible.
Thanks.

I have posted this under the recipes section of food and drink have I not?!
Shivvy, you are not looking for recipes, you are looking for food ideas, so you may get more people look at your posting if it is in Food and Drink general, rather than hidden away in recipes.
Devilled eggs, canapés and a nice tapas selection ... and olives, preferably Kalamata.

Ah, got you now coriander and grasscarp. I thought I had maybe posted it in Motoring or Shopping! I'd better not post it in food & drink now or I'll get shouted at for posting it in 2 places! ;0)

Thanks for your suggestions Naz but there is very limited space so I am trying to think of food that doesn't take much putting together.

Hot food would be good eg soups, stews, chilli etc which can be decanted into a takeaway container but unfortunately it needs to be cold food.

I like the sound of some of your suggestions coriander - thanks.
Small Greek Salad. Pitta bread + humus or taramasalata. Proscuitto ham + melon.
some lovely ideas here - used some myself
