Update on my thread about shortcrust pastry mix.
I have now tried the recipes you all kindly gave me and want you to know that all of them were delicious.
Grasscarp, I tried the treacle tart first and that was great.
ethandron the cheese straws were also good.
rowanwitch, - just finished sampling the chocolate spread tower and it is absolutely delicious. In fact if the kids don't hurry up and come in they could find it has disappeared.
Thanks a lot everyone for taking the trouble to help me. Is there no end to the knowledge of ABers? And the kindness.
