Problems With Bigfish Games
2 Answers
I have a BigFish Game Manager on my laptop but when I have downloaded a game to it and click on install the message Run As - Current User (me) or Run The Programme As The Following User - User Name Administrator then Password, but when I click on Current User it stop installing and starts downloading again.
I have always user the Current User, I don't know the password for the Administrator User, why has my laptop suddenly started doing this as I had no problem before downloading and installing games, I did not even get the message Run As.
Can anyone help me and tell me how to fix this, I have Windows 7.
Thanks in advance.

You've probably already fixed this by now, but if not - try deleting the Games manager from your computer and un-install any old games you have on there. Then try reloading the game.
It could well be a fault with the actual CD itself so check there no scratches on the disc and if this still doesn't work - try re-installing a tried & tested game that you know normally installs with no issues.
If you can install the old game, then it's time to get a refund for the new game.
Hope this gives you something to try at least before the laptop gets thrown through the window :o)
