He usually looks like the village idiot and that picture is much worse than normal.

Surely someone on his staff can give him some lessons on body language and facial expressions.

Working for him would be a nightmare - any time he is told that he can't do something or doesn't get his own way he will go into a toddler-type meltdown.

You're right you would think his staff would be on the ball even if the opposition are happy he looks a numpty most of the time.

You know what he looks like to me ? Mr Toad in the Wind in the Willows. He, too, swept through everything and everyone regardless.
