I'm probably being really dense, but I've never come across Triangle Maths before. Can someone explain it to me in SIMPLE terms!?

Is it Triganomatry, s.o.h c.a.h t.o.a etc?
hi Amz, it's fairly simple on the easy level. All you do is add the first two numbers at the top together, then add the second two numbers at the top together. the answer to these two sums are then added or subtracted depending on the sums and this gives you the answer.

8+2+3
10+5
answer is 15

I get so confused with the hard level of triangle maths, i find it easier to stick to easy, makes me look brainy :-)
I'm so glad to find this post as I was on someones DS earlier trying to figure this stuff out with no joy.Didn't think of pythagoras.Job done,cheers.
