Cannot remember the name!!!

Right, there was this game i used to play, im pretty sure it was for the PC but quite possibly for the playstation 1 too , basically it was like a multigame type thing, where you would choose a player, compete in events etc etc. I just had an image of the game and its really been bugging me!

I remember a level where you had to swim or something, i barely know anything but if you guys have any suggestions it would be awfully appreciated!

Nono, it wasnt as erly as that, it had much better graphics.
I've remembered that one of the guys names is Buff, and im pretty sure there are only 4 characters to choose from.
This is gonna drive me crazy!!!
