Have tried to contact them on several occasions but they simply close the query without responding.
Turns out they guarantee 10 days delivery from order being dispatched - no comment on the length of time it will take them to 'dispatch'.

Hi Pamdoll. Just to say I have been told they are a legit place by my son who's friend bought a ds from them not long ago.Keep on at them as I have,my stuff is eventually showing up as with DHL at last.I did contact DHL the other day to find ouit about my order, and it seems they do masses of deliveries for this dealsniper place. The guy gave me the address in Hong Kong for them. They trade as Bond Brothers Unit 1-2 gf/4 Wonder Building,161-175 Fuk Wah(the guy spelt it for me!)Street,Kowloon Hong Kong.Hope thie helps you too.I will let you know when it gets here if its ok stuff.
hi to all.Believe it or not, just got my order this morning!
All the stuff i ordered was there, and I dint get charged any taxes, but it does state that you may do.Guess its just luck? Anyway,at least we know that they are an ok place to buy from. Also, may pay to threaten to cancel your order if they are being slow,as they issued me with a code for a discount on my next order as an apology.
Hope this helps anyone thinking of ordering from them.

Hi, I did receive my nintendo ds lite from dealsniper, but am very concerned as my friends has been seized by customs and excise from them. I have emailed dealsniper via paypal, and they claim to be 100% genuine, so why are customs and excise seizing their goods ? Mine came with a bundle of 200 games, which are on 2 normal cd's which have been burn't off, and don't work, so thats a rip off itself. I am going to pursue this through paypal, as I'm not convinced my nintendo is legit. I would definately think twice about buying anything from this website. Good luck.
Its really interesting finding all this out as I guess I was pretty lucky. I too didnt know anything about this website but ordered from them anyway. I recieved my ds about the 9th of Dec. They were extremely helpful when I emailed them with my quieries about the ds and replied promptly. I also recieved my order no problem and tracked it on the FedEx website.
It came in one piece and both the DS and the 2 dvds with all 200 games work smoothly. MissyGuy I wouldnt worry that your nintendo is not legit, even if it isn't mine still works fine. Can play games on it, watch movies, listen to music and it was a bargin deal! There is a variety of different opinions on this on the net but the consoles have definatly been removed from the website and this article appeared: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/7766708.st m
The only thing that seems to be potentially dangerous about them though is the power adaptor, so just charge it off the usb cable it was provided with. Another lady said this "BEWARE... THEY ARE A CON...THEY SEND YOU A FAKE LETTER FROM CUSTOMS SAYING IT HAS BEEN SEIZED BUT YOU DO NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK..BETTER TO FLUSH YOUR MONEY DOWN THE LOO INSTEAD " But I have trouble believing that seeing as it is on both the bbc and sky website. You can't expect top quality from a company which intentially buys its products in asia so they're cheaper! If you want to be sure you have the real deal then shop at a well known and respected store.

Cant believe the stupidity of the people on here, you purchase a genuine DS lite with DVD's full of games and wonder why Customs seize your goods, the DS is not counterfeit however having 300 back up ROMS on disc is if you dont own the originals.
The company is fine providing you just order consoles with original games!

I have just received a full refund from dealsniper through paypal, so this proves that they are selling counterfeit goods whether or not they say they are all 100% genuine, I was very persistent via paypal, as you will find out their emails are written in poor english, so just put the pressure on. I quoted to them UNDER THE SALES OF GOODS ACT I AM PERFECTLY ENTITLED TO CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT ORDERS MADE VIA THE INTERNET, PHONE OR MAIL EVEN AFTER RECEIVING THE GOODS, SO THEY HAVE NO GROUNDS TO REFUSE A TOTAL REFUND. I do hope this helps, keep sending them emails, and be very firm with your words.
Hi chrissie annie, I raised a dispute through paypal, and got a refund from dealsniper via paypal, without returning the nintendo, it took a fews days for them to agree to this, they will try and fob you off, but I bombarded them, keep pursuing with a dispute, and there is no reason why you should not get a full refund. I had to pay 15.00 for customs and excise, which they didn,t refund.
I bought from them last October. The DS I bought for my son's birthday was not working. After a lot of hassle from Dealsniper, I eventally had to return the DS I bought from them to them. I strongly believe that the games are pirated and the DSs are copies. I would save yourself a headache and buy from the UK and pay a bit more. My son is finally playing with his DS after almost 5 months but who knows when it may play up again. Best wishes.
