Call of duty world at war-zombie custom maps

Ive been trying to isntall a custom map for cod 5 named nazi_zombie_end.
Ive followed at least 5 videos on youtube correctly but nothing has happened. When i go into mods on the game there is nothing there. Is it something to do with the patch on my game? i dont know which patch im on and i dont know how to install one. Any ideas? thanks

Current version is 1.7.1263
There are 7 patches which are listed here with various download mirrors,
http://www.callofduty...W/supplies/pc-updates

All the patches should self install.
