In the lotto has the bonus ball number ever been drawn the same in the main 6 numbers eg 1 2 3 4 5 6 bonus ball 3?

It can't be, as the ball cannot be picked twice.

So the draw is NOT random?????
Of course it is random but once a ball has come out of the machine, it can't come out again can it...
:-)1,2,3.4,5,6 are apparently the most picked combination,on a lottery ticket
..in the event that combination is drawn,your share of that weeks Jackpot would be about 30 bob!
ok ok. I have just seen it on youtube. Originally the question was asked about the lotto, when I saw the thunderball draw. The lotto has only one machine which is why the bonus ball cannot be the same as any other ball.
The thunderball has 2 machines and as I have just seen on youtube, the thunderball can come out as one of the main numbers as it comes from a different machine.
Oh yes the Thunderball is often the same as one of the main balls but it would be impossible in the main draw, due to the way the game is played.
