Grayline New York Manhattan Experience Tour
We are going to New York and are thinking of doing the Grayline New York Manhattan Experience 8 hour tour and wondered if it would be cheaper booking it before we go or booking it at there Visitor Center when we get there.
Thanks in advance.

I would recommend the N Y Apple tour bus can hop on and off and use it
for 2 days, goes to all the sights, also the boat trip all around takes in a load
of interesting places, the staten island ferry (was free) is well worth the
sights goes close to Statue of liberty, and the whole skyline of manhattan,
the trip over to liberty also very good. if you want Broadway tickets the booth at times square have cut price, Its a great place have been N Y 10 times and look to go again plenty to see great deli's for food. you can get
a bus from JFK to grand central station good value . Grand central an
amazing sight to see. Good travelling in the big apple

everything is so cheap anyway!
i prefer hop-on-and-off buses, as mentioned above!
the first time round just sit, look and listen THEN GET OFF/ON FOR THE REST OF THE DAY! you can always go back the next day to any particular faves!
plus, go early to liberty island to get orange tix, allowing you into the 'head'!
staten island ferry is free and subway is v cheap; buy certain amount of journey tokens at once for even less and ride all day!
also, good view for free from trump towers! taxis move so slowly they are not really worth the effort!
BUT little blue bus from/to airport *really* worth pre-booking (we booked it all thorugh expedia)

We went a couple of years ago and the statue was closed.
Try the tour of Ellis Island, very interesting, especially if you have any ancestors that were immigrants.
Try going up the Top of the Rock..you get to see Empire State and Chrysler,
but you pay on that. It's open from 8am - midnight daily, if you go at night,
you see the other two all lit up, and all manhattan.
