Well, I didn't know what Habbo Hotel was, so I asked Wikipedia.
"Habbo (previously known as Habbo Hotel) is a Finnish social networking site aimed at teenagers. The website is owned and operated by Sulake Corporation. The service began in 2000 and has expanded to include 11 online communities (or "hotels"), with users in over 150 countries. The service will extend to Turkey in July 2012. As of August 2011, over 230 million avatars have been registered. There are an average 10 million unique visitors monthly."
The idea is very nice and the fact that there are ugly criminals looking for their victims is the problem of our society. I bet the owners of this project didn't expect something like that.
As for you, lilyflower, ask your parents to help you and talk to them immediatly if someone is getting suspicious in this game. Your parents should also talk to you about the safety on the Internet (never meet the people from the chat, never tell them your real name and adress, never show them the pictures of your house and so on). It is very dangerous to talk to strangers, just like in the real life.
