Please Can Any Help Me With This Number Puzzle????

We have put this one on here before but got no feedback so decided to try again. The link to the puzzle is as follows:

The description below this picture which ends "pen/cil" is the description from the cache page itself. I have also uploaded a pie-chart kind of pic which you should be able to see to the right of this one and I think this might have something to do with the solution to this puzzle.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any clues as to how to solve this? There seems to be so many options and likely looking coordinates in the grid and not sure where planetary masses fit in.
My guess is to select the circles whose colour matches earth on the pie chart (light green). Reading down starting top left you get 53255117.... which gives a sensible result. Just a guess though

I am still lost and I don't know who this is. It also very easy to cut and paste things. I have done that myself for a few different puzzles. I will have to somehow watch over that. It is very unhealthy to see others making erroneous assumptions.
