Mb Shut The Box Rules?

I found a travel version of MB Shut the Box game going through the cupboard recently but there is no box or rules with it and I can't remember how it was played as it's been well over 10 years.

Does anyone know the rules or have a link to a rules page? I had a look but could find nothing specific.
