I haven't voted yet, I hope ABer's will be able to help me out.
Here's some of The Verge coverage:

Xbox One: http:// www.the verge.c om/2013 /6/10/4 414176/ microso ft-xbox -one-at -e3-201 3-every thing-y ou-need -to-kno w
I see the Xbox being more "useful" long term at the moment, it's got loads of potential for being a communication tools etc.
Not sure if I fancy the subscription though...
Anyone spot a steam box amongst all the news?

I think that PS4 will be an instant smash with Xbox One being a slow burner whilst people come to terms with its (at the moment) slightly odd concept.
I think that MS aren't after casuals this gen they are after non-gamers!
This could be a master-stroke or it could prove disastrous but with all the major devs behind it I think it will be fine.

I saw the xbox one release video.
Hardcore gamers dont want to be waving at the TV like Andre Previn. They want slick, photo-realistic graphics, big hdd space, decent online capabilites with huge lobby size that servers can handle. Real world physics - how will the water behave when I jump into the river, how will the environment act?
It all seems a bit gimmicky at the moment. I dont give a hoot how fast it switches between game and TV because when I'm gaming TV is the last thing I want! I already have a kinect - never use it.
I'm not a huge online player but do like to have online capabilities for downloads and occasional online playing.
will they both have wireless built in? you'd hope so.
My vote will go to the console with the best graphics, best deal for online (eg no subs) and best games market (only time will tell)

No games swayed you from launch?
I think both have paid subs to get playing online now - but the PS4 lets you do online things without a sub as far as I know anyway.

I have only ever owned and used an xbox 360 console, and prior to the latest information about the new generation of consoles, I would not have anticipated changing - but I am not a fan of the direction that Microsoft are going in with the XBox One, nor am I enamoured about the lack of retro-compatibility, the restrictions on the used games market, or a kind of "one box does everything" approach- and they really are extorting non- US customers with their pricing policy.
I will be switching to the PS4 this time around - reportedly a better gaming machine, cheaper, and able to play 2nd hand games.Nor will it be region restricted. About the only thing that the XBOX has that appears to be superior is the latest evolution of Kinect.....

@Matt- My comment was based on reading this article.

US XBox One price is $499 - That would be equivalent to around £320. UK price however is est @ £100 more, at around £425..... I think that amounts to extortion, myself :)
