Can anybody help, I haven't got a clue what I am doing...

I have GTA V and after disussion with my brother, decided to play the online game. I have added his profile as a friend, he has accepted and it has just popped up that he has sent me a message.

I haven't got a clue how to read the message!!! ANyone give me an idea please?
