Can anyone please help with these two clues, they relate to places around britain, and include a animals home in the answer

eg Otters home in norfolk---------------holt

1 Cattle found after indefinite article in Lancashire-------------7 letters

2 Bats home plus ants home in Essex============9 letters

I thought of A +Randall (sounds like Arundel but that's in Sussex I think, not Lancashire

Only just seen this - as factor says should be in Q and P - how about Roosthill for 2. Roost for the bats and anthill for the ants? I also suggest Ansdell for no 1 but don't know about the s in the middle.
