Facebook Experts......... Help

I play Candy Crush on my I Pad and for months I have been connected to facebook, recently when I am trying to connect through Candy Crush it comes up with "sorry you dont have access". I have not changed anything. I was considering deleting Facebook and logging in again but im worried that my Candy Crush will delete the level that im on. Im on 540 so I dare not do anything. Can anyone help

This has happened once or twice to me, usually when candy crush has updated. You have to go into your general settings on the iPad, find the Facebook settings and all the games you have on Facebook should come up. You set it to allow candy crush - hope this helps

Morning LyndaB. Im on Facebook settings. No games are on there. It just says "chat and message alerts, video and notifications. There are no games there.

I cant find anything to do with candy crush Lynda. This zone on candy crush is very hard, some are fun but most are ridiculously hard

I've just checked again, I don't think I'm describing it properly. On my iPad, if I go into general settings and scroll down, on the left hand side (quite far down) there is a list of apps and what-have-you. If you use the Facebook app (rather than just signing in like you would on an ordinary computer) the Facebook icon should be there. If I click on the icon, it then brings up a list of games that have access to Facebook on my account, and then you can either allow or not allow x

Lynda, Iv gone onto general settings, scrolled down to facebook, pressed facebook and it just comes up with "chat and message alerts, video, notifications and version. Everything is turned on but there is NO candy crush or games there. All my things are set to green

Go into your candy crush settings and check your facebook there. On the candy crush screen there is a quarter circle in the bottom left hand side of the screen. Swipe towards the middle of the screen and it will reveal. The cog symbol is settings. There is a Facebook one & also one about resetting candy crush.

Hi Sycamore. Done everything you have suggested but it still comes up with "sorry you dont have access to the kingdom right now, please try again later". Im at a loss because i have not changed anything. This all happened when a friend wanted an unlock, when i tried to give her it this is what message i got and what iv been getting ever since.
