Ps4 Problem

Can anyone please tell me, why cant I watch my movies or play music or even look at my pics using my usb stick on the PS4. The PS4 doesn`t even pick up my wireless signal from my laptop (if its suppose to anyway), as far as I can see, the only thing you can do with PS4 is play games. (didnt have any probs with PS3).

It should connect to the network your laptop is on, not directly connecting to your laptop. Or is that what you mean?

Who knows if it will?

thanks for that, yeah isnt the ps4 suppose to find devices on my network, like I said it doesn`t find anything. I can get the internet ok, but thats it. Very frustrating.
