Programming In Inform's Natural Language Help

the thing is, I can't program the actions, so, i'm using directions and the rooms, in the sense that, you are in the room, and you are also doing the action inside the room, for instance, "type up to push button on ceiling", I'm using a room inside of a room describing the "push" the resin I have it set up like that is because, I can't program, even in the natural language, it'd have to be pure english before I could program,

also, I am using an "or" type of setting basically giving the user control, meaning, instead of actions, it will too, be based upon direction, "type up to punch a dude in the head, type down to punch him in the stomach" sort of thing, incase people want more outcomes, i need help deciding what to do next and if I'm doing this right
