Can a PS Vita Slim bought in the USA use UK Vita games and would there be any charging issues charging it here in the UK? Thanks

yeah you can import it with no problems! I imported some japanese ones and they work fine, as for the plug you'll need either a adapter or simply a micro-usb charger to charge the vita!
