Ps3 Controllers Unresponsive
Hello all.
My sons PS3 has developed a problem. The system will switch on, however the controllers are not working. When I plug the controller into the console to charge the flashing red lights indicate it is charging, is that correct? Despite this, the controllers will not then switch on after a prolonged charging period.
Any advice appreciated.
Thanks.

Are you switching on the PS3 using its power button or the PS button on the controller(s)? Trying the latter, you should hear a beep and see all 4 LEDs flashing on the back of the controller.
If that fails, have you got a USB keyboard? You can plug that into the PS3 and use its arrow keys to navigate to the Accessories menu to check the controllers are registered.
