How Did You Guys Get Tomb Raider 3 Community Edition To Work On Windows 10?

Hello there guys. I am trying every question website because the Tomb3 Community Edition Forums disable Registration.
I downloaded Tomb Raider 3 Community Edition from Github and Followed the instructions. Installed Tomb Raider 3 from Steam, Don't play it, Download the Patch from github, extract, Copy the files over to the TR3 Installation Directory. Installed Dot Net Framework, then run the tomb3_ConfigTool then clicked "run tomb3" on the bottom.
The exe file that came with Tomb Raider3 Community edition "tomb3.exe" doesn't start. It just opens and then closes!
Is there something you guys have to do to get it to work?

No, I tried every setting with dgVoodooCpl.exe. Sometimes it shows the watermark, then crashes. Sometimes it doesn't show a window at all.
