I recently deleted Candy crush from my I Pad but I want it back. I do have it on Facebook on my MacBook how do I transfer it across. Please help

You can't transfer it across.  Just download it again from the App Store on your iPad

I've never uesed an iPad or a MacBook and I know absolutely nothing at all about Candy Crush.  So I might not be the best person to advise you! 

However it occurs to me that, if you're seeing Level 1, instead of Level 10459, you're obviously not logged into your original account (which, as I understand it, either means your Facebook account or your Kingdom one).  If you've forgotten your Kingdom password, there's a reset feature here:

Open Facebook on your iPad and log in to account you use on your MacBook.

Open Candy Crush through FaceBook

I don't have FB but I am on level 6000 and something. My account has an email and password associated with it and I can play it on any device by logging in with those details.  Look up your account details while logged in on the Mac.
