Transfer of finance

Hi All,

Having recently spilt with my partner we both hold car finance agreements with black horse which are both in negative equity!

The finance amounts between the 2 differ significantly and I would pay the greater one and she the lesser.

The issue is that the high amount is in her name and the lower in mine.

Is there a process to transfer the agreements over?
