HD VGA output into A/V...Is it possible?
1 Answers
I have an xbox360 with a HD VGA cable which is meant to plug into the VGA input of a monitor or HD TV. Originally I thought it would plug into the VGA bit of my laptop, but that turned out to be VGA output only. I have now purchased a USB2 box that allows you to watch TV & Play game consoles on your laptop but the input is the RED/YELLOW/WHITE A/V inputs. Using the original xbox av cable I can play the console on it, but the screen resolution is not that brilliant because its using the standard tv res. Because the xbox360 HD VGA cable opens up the option in the system to change the screen resolution to 720. I now need something to connect onto the end of the VGA cable that plugs into the RED/YELLOW/WHITE A/V inputs to allow the picture onto the laptop through the USB Box. Hopefully I am making sense?
In short its only with the Xbox360 VGA cable plugged into the system that allows it to change screen res to 720, anything else plugged in is standard. I cant plug the VGA output into the laptop so need the output connection to be A/V whilst the VGA is still plugged into the Xbox360.
Please help!!!
