In game recording

Hi, i play medal of honor alot and i was wondering how to record the game while im playing it so i can later watch my match... its not just medal of honor its other games as well... i was wondering if anyone knows of any software that i can record whatever is on my screen. i cannot pay money for it so it has to be eather a trial or a freebie, as i am only 15. Please any help would be aprishated.
