how do i get through the flooded ruins from oliver aged 4

Do you mean 'emporer's tomb'?
You need to find 4 disks that are hidden throughout the level. One can be found by using a demo charge to blow away a crumbling wall, another you need to jump from one platform to another (where there are 3 bad guys), and the last one I can remember is near the end (near the big temple) where you put the 4 disks, in the water below the gap which separates the entrance from the temple.
On that disk you have to kill a shark!
Putting the four disks in their places will cause water to come down from near the ceiling and open the doors to the next level. (I think!) Please let me know if this helped you. ;-)
