anyone played a game for the pc called freelancer? i played it a few yrs back and am scared to go back to it cos i know ill neglect the rest of my life an lock myself in my room playing it. the game is massive and never seems to end, the graphics are ahead of there time and just when u think youre mastering it another wormhole opens that creates a load more possibilities.
dont entirely know why im posting this, would be good to hear somwone elses views on it cos nobody i know has heard of it.

I played it all the way through, and still have it lying around somewhere.
I agree, it has the quality of a good game, namely, "I'll just do the next mission, and the next etc"

Same... most enjoyable game.
I just wish a developer could do a real good modern version of Frontier Elite.

Loved it too, by the way david Braben (Elite Author) has a new Frontier planned.
