You can probably buy a book of them, but I'll try and describe one I was taught over the summer. You make a pyramid of cards (face up), starting with one card, then the next layer cover the bottom left hand side with one card and the bottom right hand side with another card. Then the next layer down cover the bottom left hand side of the first card with another card, the next card will cover the bottom left hand side of one card and the bottom right hand side of the next. Put three cards on this layer working across. Carry on like this until you have a pyramid with one card at the top (of which you can see only the top half) and seven cards at the bottom which you can see all of. Now you've got the rest of the pack in a pile. Turn over the top card and see if it either one up or one down (numberwise) from any of the seven cards on the bottom row. If it is remove the card from the bottom row. Eg you turned over an eight, you can see a seven on the bottom row, take that away. If you then have a six (or another eight) take those away. Keep on turning over cards from the pack, taking away from your pyramid any which are one over or under (you can go from a King to an Ace) and you will keep uncovering more cards. You can only take cards from the pyramid when they are fully uncovered. If you can clear the pyramid in one turn of the rest of the cards you've won.
